QINGDAO. June 13 (Interfax) - The Shanghai Cooperation Organization's (SCO) performance ability in the expanded format is beyond doubt, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"As for the performance ability of the SCO in the expanded format, this is not in doubt for now," Putin told a press conference following his visit to China.
