SOCHI. July 30 (Interfax) - Delegations of Russia and the United Nations will meet on the sidelines of a meeting on Syria in the Astana format, which is starting in Sochi on Monday, to discuss the establishment of a Syrian constitutional commission and the situation surrounding Syrian refugees, a source close to the talks told Interfax.
"A Russian and a UN delegation will meet on the sidelines of the Astana format meeting," the source said.
Asked whether the participants would discuss Syrian refugees, the source said, "Yes, this matter is on the agenda."
"Certainly, a constitutional commission will also be discussed," he said.
The UN delegation at the talks is led by Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura.
