SOCHI. July 31 (Interfax) - The government of the Syrian Arab Republic demands that the United States and all of its allies leave Syria immediately, because their presence is illegal, Bashar Jaafari, the head of the Syrian government delegation at the Astana format talks, said at a press conference in Sochi on Tuesday.
U.S. forces are stationed illegally at the Rukban refugee camp, where about 55,000 Syrian civilians are staying, in the triangle on the border between Jordan, Iraq, and Syria, he said.
The tenth high-level meeting on Syria is taking place in Sochi on July 30-31.
