MOSCOW. Aug 6 (Interfax) - Russian Armed Forces General Staff Chief Valery Gerasimov's letter to U.S Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Joseph Dunford contained Russia's suggestions on the issue of refugees in Syria, humanitarian demining and, in particular, it mentioned refugees in the Rukban camp in the territory controlled by the United States, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
