MOSCOW. Aug 9 (Interfax) - The accusations that Moscow was involved in the poisoning of a former military intelligence officer, Sergei Skripal, and his daughter Yulia in the UK are baseless, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.
"This whole accusatory pyramid is being built in the absence of any legal substantiation, but they're still telling us about international law and respect for legal obligations," Zakharova said at a briefing on Thursday.
