MOSCOW. Aug 15 (Interfax) - Moscow's Dorogomilovsky District Court is expected to hear a motion by the investigation on mitigating the pretrial restrictive measure for two female suspects charged with extremism in the case of the organization called New Greatness.
"The investigator told me today that he would ask the court to change the restrictive measure in relation to Anna Pavlikova and Maria Dubovik for house arrest. The hearing is expected on August 16," Dubovik's lawyer Maxim Pashkov told Interfax.
Dorogomilovsky District Court spokesperson Anastasia Tatarulya said the court has not yet received such a document from the investigation.
