Russia, Iran extend intergovt agreement on protection of classified information for 5 years

MOSCOW. Aug 20 (Interfax) - Russia and Iran are extending an intergovernmental agreement on mutual protection of classified information for the next five-year term.

The agreement was signed on February 6, 2008 and took effect on September 1 of that year.

According to the official Internet database of legal information, the agreement was extended for five years by means of the exchange of notes on June 7 and July 16, 2018.
