MOSCOW. Aug 22 (Interfax) - The lack of coordination and low trust between the two parties, but not the fact that Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova lacked required documents, prevented the Russian human rights commissioner and Ukrainian Human Rights Commissioner Liudmyla Denysova from visiting detainees, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"But after all the reason had rather been what we have already talking about, specifically the deficit of trust, uncoordinated actions and the two parties' reluctance to coordinate their steps," he told reporters in reply to the relevant question.
At the press briefing a Ukrainian journalist cited Moskalkova, who, as he said, said that she had learnt about the two presidents' agreements from media, and she had not received relevant papers to implement those agreements.
