MOSCOW. Aug 29 (Interfax) - Nikolai Sevastyanov, the acting first deputy head of Roscosmos, has become the chairman of the board of directors of the Energia Corporation, the corporation's press service said on Wednesday.
"It was decided to elect Nikolai Nikolayevich Sevastyanov, acting first deputy general director of the state corporation Roscosmos, chairman of the board of directors of the corporation at the meeting of the board of directors of Energia," the press service said.
Sevastyanov is the former general director of Gazprom Space Systems and previously also headed Energia. He has a PhD in technical sciences. Sevastyanov is also the chairman of the board of directors of the Khrunichev Center.
