MOSCOW. Sept 3 (Interfax) - Russia is not planning to withdraw from the Minsk process on settling the crisis in southeastern Ukraine, even though it is hard to talk about anything with Kyiv following the assassination of head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Alexander Zakharchenko, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"After this terrorist attack, it is very hard to talk about anything with the Ukrainian side. But I'll repeat once again: this doesn't mean that Russia is withdrawing from the Minsk process," Peskov told journalists on Monday.
