MOSCOW. Sept 7 (Interfax) - Moscow is interacting with every existent political force in Afghanistan in order to normalize the degrading situation in that country, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a press briefing on Friday.
"The situation remains complicated in that region. Regretfully, it is even degrading in some aspects. So Russia is taking a number of steps, including the interaction with the SCO and political forces inside Afghanistan," Zakharova said.
"Moscow respects norms of the law and contacts the authorities above all. It is also trying to foster multilateral diplomacy," she said.
