MOSCOW. Sept 7 (Interfax) - The United Kingdom will continue working with partners to hold those guilty of the Salisbury incident responsible, British Ambassador to Russia Laurie Bristow said at a briefing on the Skripal case for the representatives of the foreign diplomatic corps in Moscow.
"The UK will work with partners to show that those who undermine international rules cannot act with impunity. GRU's criminal behavior violates international law and non-proliferation regimes," Bristow said.
