MOSCOW. Sept 7 (Interfax) - Representatives of Iran, Russia and Turkey will meet with the United Nations Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura regarding the issues of setting up the Syrian Constitutional Committee in the coming days, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said.
"Representatives of the guarantor states will hold the next meeting on Syria with the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura and discuss the process of setting up the Constitutional Committee in the coming days," he said following a trilateral meeting on Syria with the participation of the leaders of Iran and Russia.
"Operations of this committee would give an impetus to the political settlement in Syria," Erdogan said.
