Russian vessel carrying industrial explosives leaves S. African port after getting permission - Russian embassy

MOSCOW. Sept 12 (Interfax) - A Russian vessel carrying industrial explosives has left a South African port after receiving the necessary permission to transport this type of cargo, the Russian embassy to the South African Republic told Interfax.

"The Russian vessel Lada belonging to the company Transflot has left the Port of Ngqura (the city of Port Elizabeth) on Saturday evening, upon the completion of all procedures as required by South Africa and after receiving the necessary transport permission," an embassy spokesperson said.
