MINSK. Sept 19 (Interfax) - The elections in the self-proclaimed Donbas republics planned for November 11 are a violation the Minsk Agreements, said Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office to the Trilateral Contact Group Martin Sajdik.
The elections in the "certain areas of the Donbas and Luhansk regions" are inconsistent with the spirit and the letter of the Minsk Agreements, he said in response to a relevant question following the meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group in Minsk on Wednesday.
