MOSCOW. Sept 21 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov and U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Stephen Biegun have had a telephone conversation, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
"There is mutual understanding that the Russia-U.S. dialogue concerning efforts on settling the entire set of Korean Peninsula problems, including the nuclear one, should continue", the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement following the phone call on Friday.
