MOSCOW. Nov 1 (Interfax) - Damages from the accident involving the PD-50 floating dock in Murmansk can be fully evaluated only after it is lifted to the surface, whereas a decision on that is not made yet, Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said.
"For this (for evaluating damages) it is necessary to undertake lifting operations and obtain accurate information," Manturov told reporters, when responding to a question from Interfax about the size of damages from the accident.
A decision on whether or not to lift the floating dock will be made shortly, he said.
"A decision will be made. Divers are working now. A decision (on whether or not to lift the floating dock) will be made in the next two days," Manturov said.
