MOSCOW. Nov 26 (Interfax) - At Russia's initiative, the UN Security Council will soon hold an emergency session over the incident in the Kerch Strait, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"The UN Security Council will indeed address this issue in New York today, literally in a few hours, at an emergency session, at the initiative of the Russian Federation," Peskov told reporters.
