SBU officers coordinated Ukrainian ships' provocation in Kerch Strait - FSB

MOSCOW. Nov 27 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) said that the Ukrainian navy ships entered the Russian territorial waters at an instruction of the Ukrainian authorities on Sunday; two officers of the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) on board the Ukrainian ships had coordinated the provocation.

"Ukrainian navy ships entered the Russian territorial waters at explicit instructions of the authorities in Kyiv," the FSB public relations center told Interfax on Monday.

"Two SBU officers, who were directly on board the Ukrainian vessels, coordinated the provocation," it said.

"Ukrainian navy ships invaded Russia's territorial waters, which have been such even before Crimea's reunion with Russia," it said.
