KYIV. Nov 27 (Interfax) - The martial law imposed in Ukraine may be lifted at any time, Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksandr Turchynov told reporters in Kyiv on Monday.
"The martial law may be lifted at any time if the situation normalizes," he said.
Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada on Monday evening backed President Petro Poroshenko's decree to introduce martial law for 30 days in some parts of the country in the wake of the incident in the Kerch Strait.
