MOSCOW. Nov 27 (Interfax-AVN) - A Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle carrying Kanopus remote-sensing satellites will go into space on December 27, according to Roscosmos.
"Scheduled work is being done to prepare the Kanopus-V No. 5 and No. 6 remote-sensing satellites for launch. The satellites were delivered to the Vostochny Cosmodrome at 8:20 a.m. on November 27, 2018. The launch is scheduled for December 27, 2018,"Roscosmos said.
A source in the aerospace industry had told Interfax earlier that the launch was planned for December 25.
