No contacts between Russian, Ukrainian presidents following Kerch Strait incident - Kremlin

MOSCOW. Nov 28 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has had no phone conversation with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko following the Kerch Strait incident, in which several Ukrainian naval vessels were detained, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"There were no phone contacts between the presidents," Peskov told Interfax in connection with Poroshenko's statement that he tried to contact Putin following the detention of the ships, but his request was left unanswered.
