KYIV. Nov 28 (Interfax) - Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andriy Parubiy signed on Wednesday the bill endorsing the presidential executive order "On the Declaration of Martial Law in Ukraine" and submitted it to the president for signing.
According to the Verkhovna Rada website, the bill of November 26, which endorses the presidential executive order "On the Declaration of Martial Law in Ukraine" of November 28, was signed by the speaker and directed to the president.
