MOSCOW. Nov 28 (Interfax) - Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov says he does not know if any decisions have been taken regarding the Ukrainian ships and sailors detained in the Kerch Strait by the Russian border guard, including with respect to exchanging them.
Journalists asked Peskov on Wednesday under what conditions the Kremlin would be willing to return the ships and crews and whether the possibility of exchanging them is under consideration. "I cannot answer your question. I have no knowledge of any decisions on this issue," Peskov said.
