MOSCOW. Nov 28 (Interfax) - Russia has virtually moved beyond importing in the field of producing weapons and military hardware, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"We have virtually moved beyond importing in the field of production of military hardware," Putin said at the VTB Capital's Russia Calling Investment Forum.
