Russian, German high-ranking diplomats discuss Euro-Atlantic security

MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko has held consultations with Minister of State for Europe of the German Foreign Ministry Michael Roth and Political Director of the German Foreign Ministry Antje Leendertse, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.

"The interlocutors exchanged opinions on the current security situation in the Euro-Atlantic region. The Russia-EU and Russia-NATO relations, the INF Treaty problems, ways to settle the crisis in the Council of Europe, and the prospects of settling the domestic Ukrainian conflict on the basis of the Minsk Agreements were discussed in particular," the ministry said in a statement.
