Peskov: U.S. administration's decision to cancel Putin-Trump meeting indefinitely puts off discussion on serious issues

MOSCOW. Nov 30 (Interfax) - The Kremlin regrets that the U.S. administration has decided to cancel the planned meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"We regret the American administration's decision to cancel the planned meeting between the two presidents in Buenos Aires. It means that their discussion on serious issues on the international and bilateral agenda has been postponed indefinitely," Peskov said.

"As far as President of Russia Vladimir Putin is concerned, he stands ready to hold contacts with his American counterpart," he said.
