Putin urges preserving JCPOA to avoid more tension around Iran's nuclear program

BUENOS AIRES. Nov 30 (Interfax) - Keeping the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in place will help prevent a new stage of tension around the Iranian nuclear program, and to this end, no effort should be spared, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"To prevent a new stage of tension around the Iranian nuclear program, everything possible should be done to preserve the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action," Putin said at a meeting of BRICS leaders on the sidelines of the G20 summit on Friday.
