Thirty-seven terrorist cells plotting terror acts in N. Caucasus busted - FSB chief

MOSCOW. Dec 11 (Interfax) - Law enforcement agencies have dismantled the activities of 37 terrorist cells in Russia in 2018, Alexander Bortnikov, the director of the Federal Security Service (FSB) and the chairman of Russia's National Antiterrorism Committee (NAC), said.

"Thirty-seven terrorist cells planning to organize terrorist acts in the territory of the Republics of Dagestan and Ingushetia, the Chechen Republic, and the Stavropol Territory have been busted," Bortnikov said at a NAC meeting on Tuesday.
