MOSCOW. Dec 11 (Interfax) - Terrorists' propaganda is directed primarily at young people, Alexander Bortnikov, the director of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) and the chairman of the National Antiterrorism Committee (NAC), said.
"Terrorism ideology propaganda, which is carried out mainly through telecommunications channels, targets primarily the youth, including underage children," Bortnikov said at a NAC meeting on Tuesday.
