MOSCOW. Dec 17 (Interfax) - The deployment of weapons in outer space is a real threat, and the Europeans would be the first to suffer from it, Russian Permanent Representative to the International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov said from Vienna during a press conference by videolink.
"I think that if and when weapons are deployed in space - and this threat is quite real - the Europeans will be the first to start weeping and moaning about this," Ulyanov said.
"But now, when there is still a chance to prevent such a scenario, they prefer to stay out of it," he said.
