Peskov can't confirm that Sudanese president flew to Syria on Russian Defense Ministry's Tu-154

MOSCOW. Dec 17 (Interfax) - The Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov has redirected a question regarding whether Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir flew to Damascus aboard a Russian Tupolev Tu-154 aircraft on Sunday to the Russian Defense Ministry.

"I do not have such information, I cannot answer your question," Peskov said.

"If you think a Defense Ministry aircraft was performing some flights there, then you'd do better to ask our Defense Ministry," he said.
