MOSCOW. Dec 20 (Interfax) - Crimea is a constituent part of Russia, and Russia will pursue its military policy there the way it sees fit to guarantee its security, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"People living in Crimea went to the referendum and ultimately voted for reunification with the Russian Federation in 2014. Since then, following the relevant internal government procedures, Crimea has become part of the Russian Federation. And we are entitled to pursue and will pursue our military policy in any part of our territory the way we see fir in order to guarantee our security. Crimea is not an exception," Putin said at his annual press conference on Thursday.
