Chief of Russian Interior Ministry anti-extremism directorate Valiulin resigned - interior minister

MOSCOW. Dec 26 (Interfax) - Timur Valiulin, the chief of the Russian Interior Ministry's anti-extremism directorate, has tendered his resignation, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev told Interfax on Wednesday.

"Yes. These are purely personnel-related matters, which are currently being practically implemented," Kolokoltsev said when asked whether Valiulin had resigned.
