SIMFEROPOL. Dec 27 (Interfax) - The Morye (Sea) Shipyard in the city of Feodosiya, Crimea, has been handed over to the Rostec state corporation, according to SPARK-Interfax.
Rostec now possesses the Crimean shipyard's entire charter capital of 912.23 million rubles.
Relevant information was entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in late December.
According to SPARK, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade previously owned the shipyard. The shipyard's charter capital amounted to exactly one billion rubles.
