MOSCOW. Jan 21 (Interfax) - Russia has offered to display and hold a briefing on the 9M729 missile for the United States in order to dispel its concerns about violation of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.
"We are ready to show unprecedented openness regarding the 9M729 missile, about which the U.S. side is so concerned. We offered to display this missile and hold a briefing on it, which is absolutely not implied by the content of the treaty itself," Ryabkov said in an interview with the journal International Affairs.
