MOSCOW. Jan 22 (Interfax) - Accused spy Paul Whelan's lawyers say they will continue trying to get their client released and will file a cassation appeal of his arrest.
"Of course we will file a cassation appeal. We are dissatisfied with this ruling," lawyer Vladimir Zherebenkov told Interfax, commenting on the Moscow City Court's ruling on Tuesday to uphold a lower court's decision sanctioning Whelan's pretrial arrest.
