MOSCOW. Jan 22 (Interfax) - Investigators have promised that consular officers of four countries will be able to visit suspected spy Paul Whelan, according to lawyer Vladimir Zherebenkov.
"The investigators promised that they'd make it so that all of you could visit him together," Zherebenkov told the consular officers on Tuesday.
"Paul is grateful for your involvement, attention, and psychological support. He thanks you for being here," he said.
