GORKI. Jan 23 (Interfax-AVN) - The second stage of the Vostochny Cosmodrome will not be built by the construction company PSO Kazan, the contract with which is being severed, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Yury Borisov said.
"The contract with PSO Kazan was signed just last September. This contract is being severed in light of the difficult financial situation by the mutual agreement of the parties. The contract will be signed again with a new contractor," Borisov told reporters following a meeting chaired by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on the financial and economic situation in Roscosmos and its enterprises.
