MOSCOW. Jan 24 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin does not plan to attend the Munich Security Conference this year, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"No, there are no plans for the president's participation in the Munich Security Conference this year," Peskov told the press on Thursday.
