MOSCOW. Jan 29 (Interfax) - The Kremlin is analyzing the possible consequences of the United States' sanctions on the Venezuelan state-run oil company PDVSA, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.
"This is a commercial issue. Of course, we are analyzing the possible consequences of these restrictions," Peskov said in response to a question from journalists as to how the Kremlin assesses the risk that PDVSA will fail to supply oil or return advance payments.
