MOSCOW. Jan 30 (Interfax) - Rauf Arashukov, a detained member of the Federation Council representing Karachayevo-Cherkessia, is implicated in starting a criminal group and being involved in the assignation of the republican youth movement leader, Aslan Zhukov, in 2010, an informed source told Interfax.
According to the source, Arashukov is suspected of creating a criminal group and orchestrating the assassination of the leader of the Karachay youth movement, Aslan Zhukov, in 2010.
Interfax has yet to obtain an official confirmation to this information.
