MOSCOW. Jan 30 (Interfax) - Numerous searches are being conducted in several cities of Russia in connection with the case involving senator Rauf Arashukov and his father, and other possible accomplices are being determined, Investigative Committee spokesperson Svetlana Petrenko told Interfax.
"Investigators from the Russian Investigative Committee and Federal Security Service officials are conducting large-scale investigative actions in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Stavropol, Makhachkala, Nevinnomyssk, Budyonnovsk, Astrakhan, and other cities," Petrenko said.
"Other instances of the men's criminal activities, as well as other persons who may be involved in the crimes being investigated, are being identified," she said.
