Int'l community should provide socioeconomic help to Venezuelans without destructively meddling from outside - Russian diplomat

MOSCOW. Feb 4 (Interfax) - The international community should help Venezuela resolve problems existing in the country without destructive interference from the outside, Russian Foreign Ministry Department of Latin America (DLA) Director Alexander Shchetinin said.

"A solution to these problems [existing in Venezuela], chiefly socioeconomic ones, should be found, and this should be done by the Venezuelans themselves. The international community's mission is to help them do that, without destructive interference from the outside," Shchetinin said on the Zvezda television channel.
