MOSCOW. Feb 6 (Interfax) - Some 165,000 people were evacuated in Moscow on Tuesday following anonymous bomb threats, an informed source told Interfax on Wednesday.
"The city saw another wave of threats yesterday: slightly more than 50 anonymous bomb threats were received over the day from various email addresses and in IP phone calls," the source said.
Emergency services and the police checked about 700 sites and evacuated 165,000 people, he said.
"None of the threats proved real," the source said.
