MOSCOW. Feb 8 (Interfax) - The UN Security Council should discuss adjusting the ban on North Korean labor migrants, Russian Ambassador in Pyongyang Alexander Matsegora told Interfax.
"I think it is necessary to raise this question," Matsegora said.
Interfax had asked him whether Russia would call for an adjustment of the ban on North Korean labor migrants so that at least some of them could stay in Russia after December 2019.
