MOSCOW. Feb 12 (Interfax) - The national reconciliation process in Afghanistan will wipe ISIL (a terrorist organization banned in Russia) off the Afghan land, the Russian Foreign Ministry's Second Asian Department Director and Special Presidential Representative for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov told the press in Moscow.
"When Kabul and the Taliban (banned in Russia) agree on peace, they won't have to fight one another and will be able to deal with ISIL and eliminate this terrorist organization," Kabulov said.
The United States is not fighting ISIL in Afghanistan, and "practically nothing will change" after U.S. forces leave, he said.
