MOSCOW. Feb 12 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Venezuelan president, Juan Guaido, is a puppet of the United States who was recruited ten years ago, Venezuelan Ambassador to Russia Carlos Rafael Faria Tortosa said.
"According to our findings, Guaido was recruited ten years ago. He was sent to Serbia for training," Tortosa said at a meeting in the Russian Federation Council on Tuesday.
"This puppet has been posted there so that the U.S. can stand and speak behind his back," he said.
