KYIV. Feb 12 (Interfax) - Russia continues to violate the Minsk Agreements, United States Department of State Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker said.
"Four years ago Russia signed the Minsk Package of Measures with the first point a Feb 14 ceasefire. About a week later Russia and it proxy forces seized Debaltseve," Volker wrote on Twitter on Tuesday.
"In the four years since, Russia has continued to violate the Minsk agreements every day. It's time for Peace for Ukraine," he wrote.
On February 12, 2015, the participants in a Trilateral Contact Group meeting in Minsk signed the Package of Measures for implementing the Minsk Agreements.
Moscow has said repeatedly that Russia is not a party to the conflict in Donbas.
