MOSCOW. Feb 27 (Interfax) - The United States should stop hindering the departure of refugees from the Rukban camp in Syria, the Russian and Syrian interagency coordination staffs promoting the return of refugees to Syria said in a joint statement.
"We are urging the United States to set free the illegally held residents of the Rukban camp, and to provide their right to a free (unpaid) exit to places of their permanent residence," the joint statement, which was posted on Wednesday, said.
